Property photography
Photographs for listings, lettings and developer brochures. We shoot the exterior and the rooms that sell the property, then deliver edited files ready to upload.
- Up to 3 bedrooms — GBP 145. Interior and exterior, 20–25 edited images.
- 4–5 bedrooms — GBP 195. 30–35 edited images.
- Larger or commercial premises — GBP 275. From 40 images, scope agreed in advance.
- Floor plan — add GBP 45. Measured on site, drawn to scale.
Turnaround 24 hours. Evening light suits exteriors best, so we book those slots first.
Business photography
Your premises, your team and the details that make the place yours — instead of stock images that every competitor also uses.
- Half day — GBP 395. Premises, team, details, up to 40 edited images.
- Full day — GBP 695. Up to 80 edited images.
- Photo pack with a new website — GBP 245. Premises, team, 3–4 details, 25 images. Available with a website from Pro Web Design.
Product photography
Catalogue images on a clean white background, shot in a light box so colour and shape stay true from one batch to the next.
- GBP 9 per item, up to three angles, minimum order GBP 120.
- Consistent framing across the range, so a shop page looks like one set and not a collection.
Ground and air in one visit
Lux Photo and our aerial brand Drone Studio are the same operator and the same calendar. Booked together, a property is covered from the ground and from the air in a single visit.
From GBP 295 instead of GBP 195 for the flight plus GBP 145 for the ground shoot.
Weather
Rain grounds the drone. It does not stop an interior shoot — so a day lost to weather in the air is usually still a useful day indoors.
